Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to strengthen our sales pipeline drive revenue growth and expand our global footprint. This role involves identifying new business opportunities developing strategic sales initiatives and building long-term client relationships in international markets.

  • Build and optimize a strong sales funnel through innovative sales initiatives strategies and programs
    Identify research and acquire new accounts and business opportunities

  • Explore and develop new geographies and international markets

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotes and compelling client proposals

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively handling team responsibilities
