Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic market access initiatives for a priority launch asset by conducting research and contributing to planning that accelerates patient access (5 points)

  • Develop payor value proposition materials for public and private payors that communicate the clinical economic and patient value of the asset (5 points)

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and pricing research to benchmark competitor strategies and inform internal decision making (5 points)

  • Perform environmental scans of private payors CDA-AMC and INESSS to track policy changes and emerging trends that impact access planning (5 points)

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings by taking minutes supporting KPI tracking and supporting presentations to leadership (5 points).

Essential Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program at a Canadian university (e.g. Health Sciences Life Sciences Business Public Health)

  • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information and present findings clearly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience in market access is an asset

Annual base salary: 48750 or 58500
