Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic market access initiatives for a priority launch asset by conducting research and contributing to planning that accelerates patient access (5 points)
Develop payor value proposition materials for public and private payors that communicate the clinical economic and patient value of the asset (5 points)
Conduct competitive intelligence and pricing research to benchmark competitor strategies and inform internal decision making (5 points)
Perform environmental scans of private payors CDA-AMC and INESSS to track policy changes and emerging trends that impact access planning (5 points)
Participate in cross-functional meetings by taking minutes supporting KPI tracking and supporting presentations to leadership (5 points).
Essential Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program at a Canadian university (e.g. Health Sciences Life Sciences Business Public Health)
Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information and present findings clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience in market access is an asset
Annual base salary: 48750 or 58500
