Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting a clinical professional from the Nordic region to oversee the health of an 80-year-old VIP principal aboard a private superyacht. This role transports your practice from the sterile corridors of Helsinki to the vibrant sun-drenched waters of the Aegean Sea. You will manage the principals daily medical regimen while the vessel explores the ancient coastlines of Bodrum (Turkey) and the iconic volcanic caldera of Santorini (Greece). Your presence ensures the principal can navigate these historic waters with the same safety and assurance they would have at home.
The Team You will integrate into a Tier-1 medical department. The unit is directed by a Lead British Doctor providing you with senior clinical governance and 24/7 support. Your daily operations are supported by onboard Physiotherapists and a cohesive team of Western-trained nurses ensuring a collaborative and highly professional working atmosphere.
The Safety To maintain the highest standards of vigilance we refuse to compromise on rest. The department runs a strict double-nurse shift system ensuring you always have a partner on duty and guaranteed downtime to recharge. This structure is designed to prevent fatigue and allow you to enjoy the unique cultural experiences of the itinerary.
The Process We respect your geographical location. The entire initial screening and interview phase is conducted via a secure online platform allowing you to secure this prestigious contract from Finland before deploying directly to the vessel.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Sairaanhoitaja (AMK).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency.
Licensure: Valvira registration (or equivalent Western license).
