Job Summary

The Mission This is a sophisticated role designed for a clinical professional accustomed to the highest standards of care. You will provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury superyacht. The vessels cruising itinerary navigates the ultra-exclusive straits between Sardinia and Corsica featuring stops in the billionaires playground of Porto Cervo (Costa Smeralda) the dramatic cliffs of Bonifacio and the pristine La Maddalena Archipelago. This position blends high-acuity nursing with the rugged beauty of the Western Mediterranean.

The Team You will integrate into a precision-led medical department directed by a Lead British Doctor and supported by resident Physiotherapists. The nursing team consists entirely of Western-trained professionals ensuring a cohesive high-performance environment grounded in collaborative care and clinical safety.

The Safety To guarantee patient continuity and practitioner health the medical roster is built on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have constant clinical support during duty hours and guaranteed downtime to explore the turquoise waters and granite coastlines of these exclusive islands.

Requirements

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential.
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is mandatory.
Profile: Must demonstrate clinical precision high discretion and the ability to adapt to a luxury private environment.
