Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting a clinical specialist for a discreet 1:1 nursing assignment aboard a private superyacht. Your primary responsibility is the health management and personal care of an 80-year-old VIP Principal. This role offers a prestigious alternative to hospital shifts placing you in the center of the Mediterranean summer season. You will travel to elite destinations including Monaco Capri Ibiza and the Greek Islands ensuring the Principal receives seamless medical support and companionship.
The Team You will be part of a high-caliber medical infrastructure. A Lead British Doctor oversees all clinical decisions ensuring you have robust support. You will work alongside resident Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing team maintaining a professional standard of care equivalent to a private clinic.
The Safety We understand the demands of personal care. To ensure sustainable performance and staff well-being we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees that you have adequate rest and the freedom to explore the yachts prestigious locations during your downtime.
The Process We value efficiency. The initial recruitment phase is conducted via a secure online interview platform allowing you to qualify for this role from Finland or your current base before any deployment logistics are arranged.

Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is the mandatory educational standard.
Experience: 4 years of postgraduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for effective communication.
Attributes: A calm temperament high emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain absolute discretion in a private household.
