Job Summary

The Mission We are identifying an elite nurse for a 1:1 medical care role attending an 80-year-old VIP aboard a world-class superyacht. This position requires a professional who can maintain clinical vigilance while navigating the high-end social environment of a private vessel. Your itinerary will include the Mediterraneans most iconic destinations from Monaco and St. Tropez to the Amalfi Coast and the Greek Islands.

The Team You will join a highly organized Western-trained medical department. Governance is provided by a Lead British Doctor working alongside resident Physiotherapists. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that the principal receives holistic hospital-grade care at sea.

The Safety To ensure peak clinical performance and prevent fatigue we utilize a strict double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees that you are always supported during your shift and have dedicated time off to recharge and explore the ports of call.

The Process Geography is no barrier to the right candidate. The entire initial interview and vetting phase is conducted via a secure online platform allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Finland before traveling to join the yacht.

Requirements

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Sairaanhoitaja (AMK).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is mandatory.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential for accurate medical reporting and team coordination.
Profile: A discreet polished professional with the autonomy to manage complex care in a mobile setting.
