Job Summary

Role Summary

We need an agile and super-motivated Performance Marketer who can work independently to lead our paid acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager youll be the architect of our digital campaigns responsible for strategy execution and optimization across all paid channels. You should be a fast learner with a passion for driving measurable results a track record of high performance and the ability to create or optimize video creatives for paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.

  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

  • Analyze campaign data and provide detailed performance reports to the Marketing Manager.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends algorithm changes and creative best practices to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

  • Create edit or collaborate on video creatives for paid ads ensuring content is optimized for different platforms and audience segments.



Requirements

  • Ad Platforms: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Creative Tools: Basic to intermediate video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut Final Cut Pro or similar)

  • Skills: Campaign management A/B testing audience segmentation budget management video ad optimization and strong analytical abilities

Eligibility

  • Bachelors or Masters degree from a renowned institution in Marketing or a related field

  • 13 years of experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns

  • Hands-on experience creating or optimizing short-form video ads for performance marketing

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish

  • Highly analytical with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals
