Job Summary

Role Overview

We are hiring a Content Strategist & Growth Marketing Executive who will own our digital growth across websites LinkedIn Instagram and search.

This is not a posting role. This is a strategy execution performance role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving organic growth through Technical SEO

  • Optimizing website content for conversions

  • Scaling LinkedIn & Instagram with measurable ROI

  • Building authority-driven content strategies

  • Turning content into inbound leads

Your success will be measured in rankings traffic growth engagement quality lead generation and pipeline contribution not just likes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure indexing crawlability Core Web Vitals schema internal linking).

  • Optimize landing pages and service pages for search visibility and conversions.

  • Improve keyword rankings for competitive tech-related queries.

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags headers keyword mapping content optimization).

  • Work with developers to resolve technical issues affecting performance.

  • Track organic traffic growth keyword positions and conversion rates.

  • Continuously improve website CTAs funnels and conversion flows.

2. Content Strategy & Authority Building

  • Develop a data-driven content strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Create SEO-optimized blogs case studies landing pages and service content.

  • Translate technical services (AI ML Web Mobile etc.) into client-focused conversion-driven messaging.

  • Build topical authority in targeted niches.

  • Maintain brand consistency across websites and social channels.

3. LinkedIn & Instagram Growth (ROI-Focused)

  • Develop growth strategies specifically for LinkedIn (company leadership branding).

  • Optimize LinkedIn pages for inbound lead generation.

  • Plan and execute Instagram strategies aligned with brand positioning.

  • Analyze engagement quality not vanity metrics.

  • Test content formats (carousels thought leadership posts short-form videos etc.).

  • Improve follower quality and conversion from social to website.

  • Track ROI from social campaigns and organic efforts.

4. Growth Marketing & Performance Tracking

  • Build growth experiments and test hypotheses.

  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs across SEO website and social channels.

  • Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Align marketing efforts directly with BD pipeline goals.

  • Improve lead acquisition cost and marketing efficiency.

  • Support outreach campaigns with optimized landing pages and content assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in Content Strategy Growth Marketing or SEO-focused roles.

  • Strong experience in Technical SEO and on-page optimization.

  • Proven track record of improving rankings traffic and conversions.

  • Experience managing LinkedIn growth for B2B or tech companies.

  • Understanding of ROI measurement in SMM.

  • Experience optimizing websites for lead generation.

  • Ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

Technical Skills

  • Technical SEO tools (Google Search Console GA4 Ahrefs SEMrush etc.)

  • Keyword research & content clustering

  • Website CMS familiarity

  • Landing page optimization

  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  • LinkedIn page & executive branding management

  • Instagram growth strategies

  • Analytics & reporting tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech or digital services companies.

  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva Figma).

  • Understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Experience with Clutch Google My Business and review platforms.
