Job Summary

Requirements:

Excellent writing editing proofreading and storytelling skills.
Ability to simplify technical or complex topics for various audiences and formats.
An understanding of AI tools and a desire to experiment with and try new technologies

Team player with strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in SaaS or B2B technology content creation including video production.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics SEMrush Grammarly and video editing software.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or design tools like Canva or Figma.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging and persuasive content across multiple formats including blogs landing pages email campaigns case studies videos and social media content.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop cohesive messaging that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences across all platforms.
Research industry trends and competitor content to inform a comprehensive content strategy.
Optimize content for SEO and LLMs (ChatGPT Gemini etc.) to maximize traffic and engagement across digital channels.
Translate complex product and technical information into user-friendly customer-focused content adaptable for different media.
