What you will be doing:
- Monitor and optimize cloud spending and resource allocation.
- Enforce and maintain security best practices to fortify the cloud infrastructure.
- Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.
- Design and implement high availability disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Continuously track and improve system performance for fast response times and maximum uptime.
- Design deploy and refine Azure services for performance reliability and scalability.
- Bridge Dev and Ops using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment/environment management.
- Collaborate with development QA and other teams for smooth cloud integration and deployment.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant degree would be beneficial (Computer Science IT etc.).
- Relevant cloud qualifications especially Azure certifications are highly desired.
- Solid focused experience (around 5 years) harnessing a wide array of Azure services.
- Robust understanding of cloud security protocols and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Must be agile adaptable to a fast-paced environment curious and possess a growth mindset.
- Proven experience in optimising cloud deployments for performance and scalability.
- Ability to work independently take ownership be action-oriented and maintain a winning mentality/drive for success
- Track record of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and high interpersonal skills (EQ).
