The role involves end-to-end configuration payroll processing integrations compliance management and stakeholder coordination to deliver robust Workday HR and payroll solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Solution Design
Gather analyze and document business requirements and HR/payroll processes.
Perform gap analysis and recommend functional or technical solutions.
Design and configure Workday HCM and Payroll solutions aligned with business needs.
Configuration & Implementation
Configure Workday modules including Core HCM Payroll Absence and Time Tracking.
Support integrations using EIB Studio PECI payroll connectors calculated fields and web services.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting standards.
Testing & Deployment
Stakeholder Collaboration
Integration & Technical Support
Required Skills & Qualifications
37 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Payroll configuration.
Strong knowledge of Core HCM Payroll Absence and Time Tracking modules.
Experience in payroll processing compliance reporting and integrations.
Knowledge of calculated fields custom reports and Workday integrations (EIB Studio PECI).
Understanding of US payroll laws and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
Workday Payroll or HCM certification.
Experience with global payroll integrations and third-party payroll vendors.
Knowledge of global payroll compliance and regulations.
Exposure to HR ERP integrations APIs and middleware tools.
Education
Bachelors degree in IT HR Business or related field preferred.
