We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to identify growth opportunities build strong client relationships and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a strategic mindset and a passion for achieving business targets while contributing to the companys long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research lead generation and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver business proposals presentations and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Track leads follow-ups and client interactions using CRM tools
Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 5 years of experience in business development sales or client acquisition
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
Self-motivated goal-oriented and proactive approach
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
