Job Role : Regional Learning Manager
Location : Kollam Cochin Palakkd Vadakara/Thalassery Kasargode

Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate and academically strong Regional Learning Manager to support and enhance teaching practices in partner schools. This is a field-oriented role that involves regular travel and direct interaction with school clients. The candidate will work closely with primary school teachers to strengthen teaching methodologies classroom practices and academic delivery.
This is not an office-based position. The role requires visiting client schools 34 times per week based on requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned client schools regularly (34 visits per week).
Support and guide primary teachers in effective teaching methods and classroom practices.
Provide academic mentoring and demonstration sessions when required.
Ensure proper implementation of curriculum frameworks and learning methodologies.
Conduct teacher training workshops and orientation programs.
Monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school management and staff.
Identify academic gaps and suggest improvement strategies.
Submit visit reports and progress updates to the management team.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background:
Experience:
Entry-level school teachers with strong academic knowledge can apply.
College lecturers/professors interested in academic mentoring roles are encouraged.
Experience in academic coordination or teacher training is an added advantage.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and pedagogy.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor and guide teachers effectively.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Salary : 40k(negotiable)
