Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design develop and implement global learning programs across manager development onboarding technical enablement and AI literacy initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional design expertise hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools and the ability to translate complex concepts-especially AI and digital transformation topics-into engaging and scalable learning experiences.
Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) Instructional Design Expertise-
Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
