Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design develop and implement global learning programs across manager development onboarding technical enablement and AI literacy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional design expertise hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools and the ability to translate complex concepts-especially AI and digital transformation topics-into engaging and scalable learning experiences.

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) Instructional Design Expertise

Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
Strong understanding of:
- Adult learning principles
- Instructional design methodologies
- Blooms Taxonomy
- Kirkpatricks evaluation model
Experience conducting needs assessments and defining measurable learning objectives

eLearning & Authoring Tools

Hands-on expertise in:
- Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) Mandatory
- CBT module creation and storyboarding
- Instructor manuals and training guides development
Experience using:
- Camtasia
- After Effects
- Premiere (or equivalent audio/video tools)

AI-Enabled Content Development

Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools such as:
- Synthesia
- WellSaid Labs
- ChatGPT
- Copilot
Ability to integrate AI into content creation workflows
Understanding of ethical and responsible use of Generative AI
Experience designing AI-driven simulations and adaptive learning journeys

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical/AI concepts into learner-friendly content

Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Curriculum Design

Design and develop global curriculum programs aligned to business transformation initiatives
Create scalable learning journeys focused on AI-powered tools and technologies
Conduct needs assessments and align learning programs to strategic objectives

Content Creation & Development

Develop interactive content across formats:
- Instructor-led training
- Virtual training
- Self-paced eLearning
- Microlearning
- Videos simulations guides infographics
Apply creative storytelling and technical instructional strategies
Maintain quality assurance and scalability standards

AI Integration & Innovation

Leverage AI technologies to:
- Accelerate content development
- Personalize learning pathways
- Improve learner engagement
Develop AI-driven simulations for scenario-based decision-making
Use machine learning insights to enhance learner outcomes

Continuous Improvement

Address course feedback and revisions promptly
Maintain documentation and learning standards
Stay current with trends in Learning Design and AI in education

Education & Additional Requirements

BS/BA or equivalent experience required
Instructional Design degree or Training Development certification preferred
Solid foundation in graphic design and typography
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Familiarity with AI concepts in workplace learning
Participation in professional bodies (e.g. ATD) preferred
Growth mindset and openness to experimentation with new technologies
