We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design develop and implement global learning programs across manager development onboarding technical enablement and AI literacy initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional design expertise hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools and the ability to translate complex concepts-especially AI and digital transformation topics-into engaging and scalable learning experiences.

Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools such as:

Ability to integrate AI into content creation workflows
Understanding of ethical and responsible use of Generative AI
Experience designing AI-driven simulations and adaptive learning journeys
Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical/AI concepts into learner-friendly content
Design and develop global curriculum programs aligned to business transformation initiatives
Create scalable learning journeys focused on AI-powered tools and technologies
Conduct needs assessments and align learning programs to strategic objectives

BS/BA or equivalent experience required
Instructional Design degree or Training Development certification preferred
Solid foundation in graphic design and typography
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Familiarity with AI concepts in workplace learning
Participation in professional bodies (e.g. ATD) preferred
Growth mindset and openness to experimentation with new technologies
