Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Support the daily processing of insurance applications in a hybrid back-office role that combines administrative tasks document review and coordination with advisors. Ideal for bilingual candidates looking to grow in a structured environment and gain hands-on industry experience.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $18.04.
7-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
In-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.
Remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Sort and prioritize incoming correspondence.
Triage new insurance applications and documentation.
Handle insurance carrier feed rejects promptly and accurately.
Generate internal reports and maintain system records.
Create new records in WealthServ as needed.
Escalate issues to management when appropriate.
Identify gaps and risks in documentation updating as needed.
Provide timely updates and feedback to team leadership.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma required.
Bachelors degree is considered an asset.
02 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent research problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Well-developed time management prioritization and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism and customer service.
Ability to work independently and adjust to shifting priorities.
Bilingual in English and French to communicate with advisors and process documentation in both languages.
