Location: San Antonio TX
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $37500 - $43500 per year
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our dynamic this role you will be the face of our establishment providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their experience exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a warm and welcoming demeanor and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations including booking modifying and canceling as needed.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities services and local attractions.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies procedures and services to provide accurate information to guests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to reservations and guest management.
