About the Role:

As a Litigation Associate you will work on complex business disputes involving corporations partnerships fiduciary duties governance issues and other high-stakes commercial matters. You will play an active role in case strategy legal research drafting substantive motions and briefs managing discovery and supporting trial preparation.

Experience litigating before the Delaware Court of Chancery is required and you will continue building your expertise in this highly specialized forum. You will collaborate closely with experienced litigators while gaining meaningful responsibility and client exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sophisticated business litigation matters including cases before the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Conduct advanced legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and other substantive filings
• Support discovery strategy including document review and deposition preparation
• Assist in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case development and litigation strategy
• Maintain detailed case management and compliance with court procedures

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Delaware State Bar (required)
• 2 5 years of business litigation experience
• Experience litigating matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery (required)
• Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal issues
• Effective communication and advocacy skills
