As a receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:
Answer direct phone calls take messages and respond to patient inquiries
Greet patients verify demographics and prepare them for exams
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Schedule appointments procedures and surgeries
Process patient payments and handle billing-related tasks
Required Qualifications
1 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Certification in medical reception medical administration or a related field
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations protocols
This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We require TB screening upon hire.

Value-based care model experience
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
