Description
This full-time on-site position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving medical practice focused on delivering high-quality patient care and innovative urological solutions.
As a Urologist you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating a variety of urological conditions contributing significantly to patient health outcomes. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and participate in ongoing educational initiatives that enhance our practices reputation in the medical community.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with urological conditions
- Perform surgical procedures as needed
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and their families on urological health
- Stay current with advancements in urology and medical practices
- Participate in research and clinical trials as applicable
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency in Urology
- Valid medical license to practice in the state
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of urological conditions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Call Requirement: 1-2 weeks per month
Daily Volume: 15-18 per day
Case Types: General urology and urologic cancers (UTIs kidney stones bladder and kidney cancers prostate issues incontinence male fertility issues interstitial cystitis etc.)
Duties: Manage complex surgical cases administer chemotherapy perform office procedures etc.
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
