As a Medical Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team by providing excellent patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facilities. With a competitive salary range of $96000 - $105000 annually we provide a supportive and enriching workplace for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care
- Perform routine clinical tasks including taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients
- Coordinate with other healthcare staff to facilitate effective communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Educate patients on procedures and care instructions
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new healthcare practices
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
