Description:
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AUTOMOTIVE CONTRACTS EXPERIENCE.We are currently interviewing for an Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience as a contract clerk. He or she can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects and must have excellent communication administrative organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Process New and Used vehicle contractstimelyand accurately.

Process Dealer Trades Pay off Used Carl Flooring and Electronic Funding Transactions (EFTs).

Providestimelyandaccuratereports as.
-
Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.

Submitsfor Manufacture rebates andmaintaina heat sheet.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Must have 2 years Automotive Contract Clerk Experience Preferred

Excellent communication customer service andproblem solvingskills including the ability tomaintaincomposure under stress.

Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in aface pacedenvironment.

Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.

Highly professional and dependable.
