Grand Islander Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation this role you will provide direct patient care administer medications monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are organized patient-focused and experienced in delivering quality care in a structured clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
- Assist with assessments and care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and care teams
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
