In this role you will be instrumental in supporting the organizational development initiatives that align with our mission to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing sustainable livelihoods for our bikers. You will work closely with various teams to foster a culture of learning collaboration and continuous improvement. This role is primarily operational and execution-focused working closely with HR leaders and employees to deliver learning development and employee relations initiatives aligned with organizational development goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in organizational development programs including assessments workshops training sessions and employee feedback analysis.
- Support talent management initiatives such as learning and development programs onboarding and tracking employee growth.
- Assist in employee relations activities including addressing concerns documentation and coordinating interventions in partnership with HR.
- Collaborate with HR and leaders to promote employee engagement workplace culture and inclusion initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Prepare communication materials and reports related to OD and talent initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in organizational development learning and employee experience.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in organizational development human resources or a related area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather analyze and present data effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools.
- Passion for employee development and organizational growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
