Social Media Specialist, Associate Analyst

Job Summary
Social Media Specialist supports the planning execution and monitoring of social media activities across multiple platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day execution coordination and reporting working closely with senior team members to ensure content is published accurately on time and aligned with approved strategies and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand brand goals target audiences and campaign objectives and translate these into clear executable content plans.
- Plan review and execute social media content ensuring all posts align with brand voice visual guidelines and approved messaging.
- Own content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to timelines.
- Perform hands-on execution including post setup formatting hashtag use link tracking and basic community monitoring.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance prepare client-ready summaries and explain results in a clear actionable way.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve reach engagement and content effectiveness and implement approved optimizations.
- Stay current on platform updates trends and best practices and apply relevant updates to ongoing execution.
- Support email marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Minimum one year of professional experience in content creation and curation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of major social media platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and Twitter including platform algorithms content performance factors and feature functionality.
- Demonstrated proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite Sprout Social or Hootsuite with the ability to analyze data identify performance patterns and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proven ability to identify emerging trends and adapt quickly to platform updates and new feature releases.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is preferred.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to serve as a professional representative for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Availability to work onsite in Cebu City Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options (7:00 AM4:00 PM 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM6:00 PM).
