Were looking for a Head of Infrastructure & Service. Based in Glasgow you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering Aggrekos global IT infrastructure strategy. Reporting to the CIO youll ensure our technology foundations are secure reliable scalable and capable of supporting our fast-evolving global business.

What youll do:

• Lead the strategy and day-to-day delivery of Aggrekos global IT infrastructure and service operations.

• Guide the evolution of our network cloud data centre and end-user computing platforms - making sure they are secure reliable scalable and designed with the future in mind.

• Inspire coach and develop a diverse global team fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and excellent customer service with a strong focus on shift-left ways of working.

• Develop trusted relationships with key vendors working collaboratively to unlock innovation maximise value and ensure responsible management of third-party spend.

• Establish clear governance and ways of working in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and IT Security maintaining ISO27001 certification and supporting SOX compliance.

• Ensure strong performance across core ITIL processes including Major Incident and cyber incident response helping the organisation stay resilient in critical moments.

• Use service insights SLAs KPIs and automation to enhance service quality efficiency and user experience over time.
