Job Summary
Situated in the local shopping village our practice offers ample parking for both team members and patients alike. With a focus on diversity and a family-oriented approach our dental practice boasts a team of Dentists dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinics schedule.
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
- Keep the reception area clean tidy and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g. Oasis) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
