  • An opportunity for a receptionist to join our Sports and Exercise Medicine Group
  • Casual with rotating shifts Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
  • No work on weekend or Public Holidays
  • Located in Richmond close to public transport

The Role 

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to fill a Casual position at our Richmond. Sports & Medicine centre. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and patient care. The role will report to the Practice Manager and be responsible for all administrative tasks related to staff patients and medical specialist. This role will suit someone who enjoys fast pace and can work with a smile on their face.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients visitors and staff.
  • Completing various daily administrative and reporting requirements.
  • Manage specialists consulting scheduling.
  • Having excellent organisational ability skills.
  • Answering patient visitor and staff enquiries in a friendly manner.

To be successful in this role

You are an experienced Receptionist or a Medical Receptionist with a keen eye detail and have a proactive and professional approach. Be a natural communicator and take a respectful approach when you liaise with all stakeholders. 

You will have:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry (desirable).
  • Strong telephone and computer skills including Word and Excel (essential)
  • Understanding of Zedmed medical software is desirable but not a must.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills self-motivated and team orientated.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across all shift times.
