As a part of Endeavour Groups strategy we are transitioning to a new Distribution Centre (DC) in Melbourne. This new facility will be operated by a new Supplier for the first time in the history of Endeavour.

As the Program Manager - Supply Chain you will lead a group of projects aligned to the new DC transition. 

You will manage the program on a daily basis and align with stakeholders both internally and externally. Youll manage this group of projects through the complete lifecycle from inception design delivery and embedding.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the program through the end-to-end lifecycle from inception delivery and embedding/ongoing run.
  • Oversee the creation of necessary business cases (cost and benefit profile).
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Commercials.
  • Effectively manage risk for the project in conjunction with the Group Risk team and other stakeholders managing all risk actions issues and dependencies (including cross-project).
  • Manage the financial profile for the program including a forward view of anticipated costs.
  • Provide necessary information and access for independent assurance reviews.
  • Prepare required materials for the Program Steering Committee.
  • Implement suitable project governance to enable transparent and efficient project delivery (within scope time and budget).
  • Cultivate positive relationships with team customer and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the change management tasks and document change processes and training requirements within the change management plan.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you: 

  • 7 years Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing high-profile and large/complex programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tracking tools - with a focus on pragmatic execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at senior executive level including presenting and running meetings/workshops.
  • Ability to take the lead and drive projects forward through being proactive in identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Excellent planning problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues and guide others towards solutions.
  • Ability to align operational plans with functional strategy and approach.
  • Strong business acumen and capability for horizontal collaboration.
  • Advanced time management strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating at all levels.
