Job Summary

If you are a strategic commercially minded marketing professional ready to bring the world-renowned Sofitel brand to life say oui!

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for leading and executing the hotels integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness revenue growth market share and guest engagement across all segments Rooms Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage.

This role blends creativity with commercial acumen. You will use data insights market trends and performance metrics to optimise campaigns strengthen positioning and maximise return on investment. As a key member of the commercial leadership team you will collaborate closely with Sales Revenue Operations and Accor regional teams to deliver measurable results.

What you will be doing:

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the hotels objectives target audience and brand identity
  • Lead a small marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments such as sales revenue management and operations
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website optimisation search engine optimisation (SEO) pay-per-click (PPC) advertising email marketing campaigns and social media management
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads room nights and revenue
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels such as websites blogs social media platforms and email newsletters.
  • Managing agency media and supplier partnerships.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Minimum 35 years experience in a marketing role ideally within hospitality luxury tourism or lifestyle sectors
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance analytics and CRM platforms
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent copywriting communication and brand storytelling skills
  • A strategic mindset balanced with creativity and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
