Job Summary

In this role youll ensure operational excellence optimise business processes and develop a high-performing team that delivers on client and nurse satisfaction.

Youll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Townsville operations delivering the divisions budget driving efficiencies in accommodation and travel bookings growing the workforce supply chain and fostering strong client and nurse relationships.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and support a small team to achieve targets.

  • Manage client relationships service delivery and operational projects.

  • Act as escalation point for complaints collaborate with regional leadership and work independently with self-efficiency.

Lets talk about you

You have proven operational leadership experience in recruitment call centre or healthcare environments. Youre commercially confident analytically strong and experienced in managing teams and workforce planning. You work independently efficiently and with a positive can-do attitude. Exposure to healthcare nursing or aged care markets is highly desirable and youre comfortable preparing and interpreting reports to drive business decisions.

You have a diploma or tertiary qualification in commerce business or a related field strong project management and systems skills and the ability to motivate teams drive accountability and build stakeholder confidence. Youre adaptable to change and communicate clearly at all levels.
