- Lead Strategic Planning: Drive the development of strategic and tactical plans for Groups Meetings & Events Sports & Entertainment business across Accors Pacific portfolio ensuring alignment with overarching commercial objectives.
- Generate New Business: Spearhead new business acquisition initiatives across all group segments leading proactive sales efforts to secure incremental revenue and expand our market presence.
- Oversee Portfolio Performance: Provide strategic direction to account management teams ensuring the delivery of robust revenue performance from their designated portfolios and lead negotiations for significant commercial contracts.
- Foster Key Relationships: Serve as the critical liaison between our diverse hotel network and corporate sales functions for Group strategy cultivating strong influential relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead coach and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team dedicated to Group Travel. You will establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and achieving outstanding results.
