Role Definition

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will support hiring activities across four countries in Asia collaborating closely with regional TA teams hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and seamless recruitment process. This role plays a critical part in the overall TA function by delivering precise interview scheduling exceptional candidate experience management and highquality data support contributing directly to the success of talent acquisition across the region. Ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices. Recruits qualified applicants according to workforce needs.

You will be part of a truly global TA team working closely with colleagues across different countries and cultures gaining broad international exposure and strengthening your global mindset. Responsibilities

Manage endtoend interview scheduling across multiple country time zones. Provide timely responses to TA Partners hiring managers and candidates ensuring all interviews are arranged accurately efficiently and with a highquality experience.

Maintain and continuously improve interview scheduling workflows support process consistency across countries and drive adoption of digital tools such as automated scheduling to enhance overall efficiency.

Coordinate background screening medical checks and preboarding activities with candidates and regional vendors ensuring countryspecific compliance requirements are met and onboarding is delivered smoothly.

Work closely with TA Partners HR teams and hiring managers across Asia to clarify requirements maintain workflow visibility resolve issues proactively and ensure a seamless and consistent candidate experience throughout the region.

Support endtoend recruitment activities by posting job ads participating in job fairs and sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels for entry-level production roles.

Skill Descriptors
Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying evaluating introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
Level Basic Understanding:
Explains the rationale for using BPI methodology.
Identifies the main steps in a BPI project such as defining the existing structure.
Describes BPI key considerations such as establishing process owners.
States the major roles involved in business process management.

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Level Working Knowledge:
Provides a quality of service that customers describe as excellent.
Resolves common customer problems.
Responds to unexpected customer requests with a sense of urgency and positive action.
Provides direct service to internal or external customers.
Documents customer complaints in a timely manner.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
Level Working Knowledge:
Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
Alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction.
Differentiates the roles and responsibilities in a business relationship.
Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.

Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
Level Working Knowledge:
Screens candidates to obtain detailed information on knowledge skills motivation etc.
Follows Human Resources (HR) policies and standards during the candidate screening process.
Files and maintains paper and electronic records of candidate information.
Exchanges candidate and job information with hiring managers.
Reviews candidates resumes and cover letters from both professional and personal aspects.

Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.
Level Basic Understanding:
Gathers information on how to improve the efficiency of candidate sourcing.
Describes short-term and long-term functions of candidate sourcing within the organization.
Cites organizational usage of candidate sourcing.
Identifies common channels (e.g. Internet and recruitment agencies) for sourcing candidates.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
