What this job involves:

The Facilities Coordinator must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

What your day-to-day will look like:

负责园区内保洁服务供应商的日常管理现场监督与协调

制定并执行保洁服务的月度/季度检查计划通过现场巡检记录核查客户反馈等方式开展服务质量评估

主导或参与对保洁供应商的绩效并推动持续改进

重点管理以及监督洁净室区域的清洁服务包括规程作业人员资质清洁用品合规性及无尘服使用规范

审核保洁供应商提交的洁净室清洁记录消毒日志配合记录等文件确保可追溯性与合规性

协调处理客户对清洁服务的投诉或特殊需求组织整改并闭环跟踪

参与新进保洁供应商的招标支持服务方案评审及入场培训安排

监督保洁化学品耗材的使用与存储确保符合EHS及环保要求杜绝交叉污染风险

推动清洁服务标准化可视化如5S看板清洁责任图提升园区整体环境品质

定期编制后勤服务运行报告包括供应商表现成本分析改进建议等向管理层汇报

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

大专及以上学历

3年以上大型生产园区的后勤总务管理经验

具备洁净室清洁管理实操经验熟悉ISO 14644GMP或类似洁净环境控制标准

熟悉外包服务管理流程能独立开展供应商绩效评估合同条款解读及现场督导

具备良好的沟通协调能力能有效对接内部客户供应商团队及EHS/质量部门

熟练使用办公软件ExcelPPT等能制作检查表KPI报表及简要分析报告

工作细致责任心强具备较强的问题识别与推动解决能力

能适应定期进入洁净室环境需穿戴无尘服无严重过敏史或影响洁净环境的健康问题

原则性强能坚持服务标准同时具备服务导向意识
