What this job involves:
The Facilities Coordinator must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
What your day-to-day will look like:
负责园区各类设施统的相关日常运营数据收集整理统计与初步分析包括但不限于配电能耗设备运行时长故障频次维修响应时效等
管理并跟踪每日工程工单的创建分派执行进度流程管控与合规状态
协助维护设施类数字化平台如CAFMCMMS系统中资产台账维护计划及历史记录的准确性与完整性
定期生成运维周报月报支持团队进行能效评估资源调配与服务改进
与运维团队紧密协作核实工单情况确保后台数据与现场实际一致
支持各类预防性维护计划的排程提醒与执行记录归档
协助整理相关合规文档配合内审或客户审计需求
在EHS框架下确保所有数据操作与文档管理符合信息安全及隐私保护要求
参与跨专业暖通给排水强弱电等工单的协调与数据汇总支持整体设施运营绩效分析
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
大专及以上学历电气工程自动化建筑设备信息管理或相关专业优先
2年以上大型园区/物业运营支持经验有设施管理项目工作经验者优先
熟悉建筑电气系统基本构成如低压配电照明控制应急电源电表计量等能理解电气图纸与设备标签
熟练使用Excel进行数据处理
有CAFM/CMMS系统操作经验熟悉工单生命周期管理流程
具备良好的逻辑思维细致耐心对数据准确性高度敏感
沟通协调能力强能有效对接现场技术团队与后台管理职能
工作责任心强能适应多任务并行并在规定时限内交付结果
熟悉基本EHS原则及办公场所安全规范
Required Skills and Experience:
良好的英语读写能力
有外企运营支持经验
