负责高管区楼层的来访者接待设施管理和其他客户服务工作

岗位具体内容

负责高管楼层访客指引接待安排茶水服务员提供茶水服务

负责高管楼层的会议室预订及管理

负责高管楼层会议准备工作安排包括会议室布置设备调试文具茶水水果及小吃等

会议期间后勤工作响应

高管楼层保安保洁绿化文印文具及饮用水等职场物业需求调配

高管楼层的邮件报纸派送

解决各类突发事件处理投诉和建议沟通并及时向上汇报

确保定期的客户满意度考核达到要求

完成上司交办的其他工作

1年以上大企业或甲级写字楼客服经验有五星级酒店服务或航空公司相关经验者优先考虑

工作积极主动团队意识强亲合力强
