Job Summary
Overview
Ansible Government Solutions LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization this role you will design and deliver highquality training solutions that support system adoption and workforce readiness across VFMP programs. The Senior Trainer plays a key role in translating complex functionality into effective learning experiences partnering with VA stakeholders within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop training strategies aligned with VFMP workflows user groups and technical needs.
- Create detailed curriculum job aids scripts and performance support materials.
- Deliver virtual andinpersontraining sessions with exceptional clarity and professionalism.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Work proactively with system owners toanticipatetraining needs as functionality evolves.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and instructional design certification
- 8 years in adult learning and training delivery
- Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit stand walk lift squat bend twist and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
