Were looking for a skilled Scheduler to provide technical support to ensure construction projects planning and scheduling efforts comply with standards codes and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Creates maintains updates analyzes and reports on engineering and construction project schedules.
Oversees and manages the efforts of subordinate Project Schedulers.
Works with design engineers and construction engineers to optimize project schedules and mitigate schedule delays.
Conduct basic quality checks and assessments.
Analyzes schedule related claims and change orders.
Proficiency in Primavera.
Generate schedule reports and narratives.
Ensure schedule compliance with contract requirements.
Demonstrate understanding of critical path method.
Lead and manage change management delays and claims.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving analytical and organizational skills.
Adhere to companys guiding principles and values.
Minimum 15 years of experience.
Must have CCM certification
Broad understanding of the construction industry.
Strong communication skills.
Leadership abilities.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Alignment with companys values.
Bachelors degree in construction management Engineering or equivalent (or related experience).
Ability to stand bend sit and squat for extended periods.
Repetitive movements.
Effective communication for meetings video conferences and phone calls.
Manual dexterity for typing and handling objects.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Occasional travel (primarily local but may include domestic travel).
