Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Generate leads and set up meetings for product presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of all sales activities and submit weekly reports.
- Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a strong interest in a sales career.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales databases is advantageous.
- Valid drivers license is required.
