Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2); Professional English (B2).
- Legal Status: Must be an EU Citizen or have a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with multi-tasking across different software platforms and digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus.
- A can-do attitude and a genuine desire to resolve customer issues.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication styles to different users.
