We are looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international service hub in this role you will be the voice of a leading global brand providing world-class assistance to our DACH-region clientele. Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in German; strong communicative English (B2).
- Legal Status: Must hold EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid unrestricted work permit for Portugal.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate modern CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk).
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon or Porto).
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional empathy and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle complex inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
