We are representing our client listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia a dynamic renewable energy company specializing in solar power generation. Location: Kota Damansara PJ

Main Responsibilities

Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of full set of financial reporting.
Preparation of financial analysis for project feasibility studies.
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting and co-ordinate with external auditors and company secretary for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Preparation of project papers and financial reports for board meetings.
Liaise with bankers for financing.
Preparation of annual report and other statutory reporting.
Project management of corporate exercise of the Group as and when necessary.
Overseeing the administrative department.
Other engagements / tasks assigned by CEO and/or Board of Directors

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce. Professional qualifications such as CPA ACCA or MIA is highly preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years experience in senior financial management preferably within the renewable energy construction or property development industry
Past experience in handling bank funding arrangements and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions is added advantage.
Strong capability in managing BOD expectations preparing Board papers and presenting effectively during Board meetings.
Demonstrated track record in driving financial governance compliance and operational improvements.
Experience in Bursa Malaysia reporting is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
A results-driven leader with the ability to inspire teams and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives.
