Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily stock for installation jobs submit weekly and monthly summary reports raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.
Collaborates with the Fitment Supervisor to maintain adequate IoT device inventory and stock levels ensuring seamless technician operations and adherence to the fitment schedule.
Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Provide backup support for SIRIM approval processes.
Manage and oversee custom declaration processes.
Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Configure units by linking them to SIM cards ensuring an adequate supply of field-ready units in inventory.
Perform initial assessments of field-returned units and allocate them to the appropriate locations.
Monitor and manage SIM card usage ensuring proper allocation and stock.
Identify high-data SIM cards for review and ensure proper handling.
Regularly review SIM card inventory terminate unused SIM cards and maintain sufficient stock.
