Role Introduction
Our Global Operations Center is expanding and we are looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative to support our lusophone markets. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital-first environment and is looking to leverage their language skills in a global corporate setting. You will provide end-to-end support across various channels including voice chat and email ensuring a seamless experience for our global users.
Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native-level fluency in Portuguese (European or Brazilian).
- English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English (B2).
- Legal Status: EU Citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit (mandatory).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information simply.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and social media support tools.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred but we provide extensive training for motivated candidates.
