Role Introduction
We are looking for a strategic French Speaking B2B Sales Specialist to join our expanding Digital Advertising team in this high-impact role you will consult business clients across the Francophone market helping them scale their online presence through sophisticated ad solutions. You will act as a primary advisor for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) leveraging tools like Google Ads to drive their marketing ROI while hitting ambitious growth targets.
Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native (C1/C2) proficiency in French and professional fluency in English (B2).
- Legal Status: Must hold EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Experience: 13 years in B2B sales account management or digital marketing agencies.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads Manager or similar AdTech platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) models CTR optimization and conversion tracking.
- Ability to conduct professional sales pitches and business consultations via phone and video.
- Analytical mindsetcapable of interpreting campaign data to provide actionable client insights.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales KPIs.
