Role Introduction
Our Global Sales Hub in Bulgaria is seeking an Arabic Speaking B2B Sales Specialist to spearhead market expansion in the MENA region. You will manage a portfolio of business accounts advising them on digital advertising strategies that drive measurable results. This role requires a blend of cultural nuance technical advertising knowledge (Google Ads/YouTube) and a hunter mentality for business development.
Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native-level Arabic and professional English (B2).
- Legal Status: EU/EEA Citizenship or an existing unrestricted Bulgarian work permit.
- AdTech Background: Minimum 1 year of experience working with digital ad tools or selling SaaS marketing solutions.
- Residency: Willingness to relocate to Sofia or Plovdiv Bulgaria.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives.
- Knowledge of regional market trends and consumer behavior in the Arabic-speaking world.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and digital collaboration tools.
- Google Ads Certification is highly preferred.
