Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in German with the ability to communicate with nuance and professionalism.
- English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English to navigate internal systems and corporate communications.
- Legal Status: Must hold EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk).
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or a corporate retail environment is highly regarded.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with emotional intelligence and composure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a shift-based dynamic environment.
