Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in Slovenian.
- English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level of English for training and internal collaboration.
- Legal Status: EU/EEA Citizenship or existing Bulgarian work authorization is mandatory.
- Location: Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (Sofia) for a full-time on-site/hybrid position.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma (University degree preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and professional etiquette.
- A proactive approach to learning new products and service protocols.
- Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an asset but not required.
