Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Representative Bulgaria

Role Introduction

Join our dynamic international team as a Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Representative. We are looking for an empathetic communicator to manage inquiries from our Slovenian market. This role demands a blend of technical troubleshooting and relationship management ensuring that every user interaction reinforces our commitment to quality. Based in our state-of-the-art Bulgarian office you will be part of a diverse workforce that values innovation and professional growth.

Core Requirements

  • Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in Slovenian.
  • English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level of English for training and internal collaboration.
  • Legal Status: EU/EEA Citizenship or existing Bulgarian work authorization is mandatory.
  • Location: Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (Sofia) for a full-time on-site/hybrid position.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma (University degree preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and professional etiquette.
  • A proactive approach to learning new products and service protocols.
  • Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an asset but not required.
