Job Summary
Director Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering
Location: Cleveland Ohio (Onsite)
Compensation: $150000 $180000 benefits

A large healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to oversee clinical engineering and technology operations across multiple hospital sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead HTM and Clinical Engineering operations
- Manage budgets performance and compliance
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory and safety standards
- Mentor and develop technical teams
- Support cybersecurity initiatives related to clinical systems
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of management experience
- 7 years in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
- Experience in large hospital systems
- Strong leadership and operational skills
