Job Summary
The Supply Chain Intern will work with the Oracle IT Support team to review service tickets study recurring supply chain issues and help identify solutions that improve business processes and reduce repeat problems. The role will focus on process improvement issue analysis reporting and supporting supply chain functions through better use of Oracle applications and business process enhancements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Investigate supply chain support tickets and recurring system/process issues to identify root causes and help develop sustainable solutions.
- Review existing supply chain business processes and Oracle system usage to recommend enhancements that prevent repeat issues improve user efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Assist in designing testing and documenting process or system improvements in partnership with Oracle IT support and business teams.
- Collaborate with end users and functional teams to collect requirements analyze data validate solutions and support issue resolution.
- Create and maintain reports trackers process documents and analysis summaries using Oracle applications Excel and other reporting or ticket management tools.
- Deliver a final internship presentation and report highlighting key findings implemented improvements and recommendations for future process optimization.
Education & Experience
- Education Level Required: Bachelors / Masters - Experience in Supply Chain
- Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in Information Technology / Supply Chain is a plus.
- Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability.

- Internship Duration: 10 14 weeks.

Working Conditions
- This role will be based on-site in Santa Clara.
- Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.
- Use of hands and fingers for typing writing and handling documents.
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
