Hello!
At Factorial we are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist focused on Enterprise and Strategic Accounts to drive product positioning and the creation of high-impact sales materials that support complex high-value role sits at the intersection of Product Sales and Field Marketing with a strong emphasis on sales enablement. You will translate product capabilities into clear compelling narratives and visually strong assets that resonate with enterprise decision-makers and enable Sales to close strategic the volume and pace of enterprise deals this role requires a hands-on profile with strong content creation as well as the ability to scale and optimize materials efficiently.
The Role:
- Own the creation of product-focused sales and marketing content for enterprise and strategic accounts
- Define and evolve product messaging and positioning for enterprise audiences
- Develop sales enablement assets such as pitch decks one-pagers use cases and tailored materials for strategic opportunities
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to support high-impact commercial conversations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Field Marketing Growth CX and Sales to ensure alignment across product strategy and go-to-market execution
- Act as a bridge between Product and the field incorporating insights from strategic accounts into messaging and content strategy
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in Product Marketing Sales Enablement or a related role within a B2B or SaaS environment
- Experience working with large or strategic (enterprise) accounts
- Strong ability to create sales-oriented content and materials
- Solid design skills and experience building presentations and visual assets
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization is a nice to have
- Strong understanding of product positioning messaging and value propositions
- Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
