Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist provides patient-centered occupational therapy services through evaluation treatment planning and therapeutic intervention as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician referrals.
Develop and implement individualized age-appropriate treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence.
Accurately document evaluations treatments and patient progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility.
Availability to work Monday Friday day shift with every other weekend availability (typically one weekend per month).
Availability to work one holiday if required.

Education: Degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS).

License: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Oklahoma.
